Most items are covered under our 30-day warranty. Radios come with a 90-day warranty. We maintain the right to refuse equipment that we believe has been damaged by negligence, improper connections or serviced by an unauthorized repairman. You pay the shipping to us and we pay the shipping back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS! An item that is in for warranty repair is usually fixed within three weeks, but we offer no guarantees. Radios that we have not been serviced by us are not covered under our warranty. They instead should be sent to the factory service center.
