If your items happen to be damaged in shipment please notify the carrier right away!

Your package will be shipped to the correct address, using the correct delivery service (Example: 2nd Day Air) We can quote you accurate shipping rates over the phone.

Please keep in mind that it can take a few days to process your order. In most cases, orders placed before 2 P.M. Pacific Standard Time it will be shipped the same day.

We will refund your shipping charges if requested provided UPS processes the claim, and UPS has credited us for the shipment.
